    Went to rent a utility trailer; staff were courteous, professional and friendly. They came to install the trailer themselves to make sure everything was done properly.

    Worst experience ever, I wont start has I already spend so much time arguing with them, all for nothing. I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

    Finally discovered a friendly and courteous sales associate at a u-haul location. After getting the run around at other locations Kevin came to my rescue. He turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one. I'd recommended renting from here over other locations even if it's a bit further.
